Other Key Members are: Robert (Bob) Feldbauer, V.P.; John Kirchgessner, Production Manager; and, Danielle Kirkland, Strategic Projects Manager.
R. McDaniel
Has more than 20 years experience in the automatic transmission remanufacturing industry, including ten years at the QS 9000 certified Mazda North America / Ford Motor remanufacturing facilities in both Jacksonville, FL and Ervine, CA. These facilities produced more than 125,000 remanufactured transmission units annually. He was a leader in Mazda’s process and production design team responsible for the QS certification processes.
R. Feldbauer
Has over 20 years of operations experience in the transmission remanufacturing industry segment, including managing serveral retail transmission repair outlets, and has served in senior-level positions in sales and parts departments in various consumer services’ companies.
J.Kirchgessner
Seasoned production-engineering / operations’ manager and veteran of GM’s Power Train Division. Experienced in high-volume assembly and rapid distribution of automatic transmissions and torque-converter components. Managed plants which produced approximately 1.5 million automatic transmissions annually.
D. Kirkland
Has over ten years of operational experience in management, leadership development, human resources, customer service, sales and information technology. Graduated Magna-Cum-Laude from Georgia Institute of Technology.
