Drive Power is an American-owned and operated wholesale remanufacturer of aftermarket automatic transmissions which is headquartered in an Atlanta, Georgia suburb in a 200,000 square foot modern manufacturing plant.
Our products are sold to a series of high-profile, national, big-box auto parts’ retailers. We are equipped with ten separate manufacturing production lines and have a current capacity of producing more than 50,000 transmissions annually. The production operations are outfitted with and monitored by computerized, dynamometer quality-control testing machines.
Drive Power has a staff of knowledgeable customer service sales representatives who have at their fingertips a fully-computerized inventory of thousands of transmissions, both finished goods and cores. Our staff has the highest level of specific product knowledge and is supported by an automated vehicle identification system to assist in making sure the correct unit is ordered. Our call center is specifically designed for quick and efficient response. It is manned by in-house employees and operated in the US at our Georgia facility.
Our corporate culture is: “first-time quality / on-time delivery.” These tenets have become imbedded as our gold-standards and assist us in achieving our rapid-response delivery objective. Our remanufactured transmissions are transported in custom-made, OEM-type shipping containers in order to properly protect the transmissions and protect them from the mishaps incurred in the shipping process. This provides an easy “ repackage” container for the core return.
